To confirm a reservation we always require a guarantee that can be either:
- or your credit card data (owner of the card, brand of the card, number of the card and expiration date). NB: the card will be billed during your stay only;
- or a wire transfer equal to a one night stay per each booked room.
We also require an eamil address, if possible a mobile number and your expected arrival time at the b&b at least 48 hours in advance the arrival itself.

Cancellation received at least 7 days before the arrival:
- no penalty;
- your credit card will not be charged with any amount; the wire transfer we received will be sent back (less the commission cost)

Cancellation received within 7 days before the arrival:
- penalty is equal to the cost of one night stay for each requested room;
- your credit card will be charged with the amount of one night stay for each booked room; the wire transfer we received will not be sent back.

Cancellation after the check-in:
- the full cost of the booked stay will be billed, regardless the effective time of your stay.

Booking variation (days reduction):
- cancellation rules will be applied in case of booking variation.

Booking variation (days extension):
- in case of extension no penalty will be applied:
- in case of unavailable rooms, De Benci b&b may deny the requested extension and in case it may require the check-out.

Check-in (arrival at the b&b, identity registration, payment and keys consignation):
- check-in must be Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm and on Sunday and holidays from 8 am to 12 pm, night arrivals are not accepted anyway;
- since we don't provide a reception service, please inform us about your arrival time (also if you are having a delay);
- if you dont inform us about your arrival time at least 2 days in advance we will not assure any service;
- in case of arrival later than business hours without any notice, we will not assure any service and we will consider your booked stay as a "no show";
- as required by Italian law, at check-in you will have to show your ID (Identity Document) or Passport. Other documents (i.e. Driving License) are not valid for registration. Without valid documents requested you will not be admitted to check-in and your stay will be considered as a "no-show", applying the related penalties.

Check-out:
- it must be done within 11am, otherwise a penalty, equal up to the cost of 1 more overnight stay (depending on the effective check-out time), will be charged.

Payments:
- payment is on arrival;
- credit cards, cash, wired transfers are accepted;
- travel checks or other payment methods are not accepted;
- for one night stays we accept payments by cash only;
- payments by credit card or by wire transfers from non-Italy Countries will be increased by up 3% (example: the cost of a 200 euros stay if paid by credit card it will be 206 euros);
- after the payment we will give you a bill or a receipt.

The b&b staff, fully respecting enforced laws, guarantees the confidentiality of your data.

The only data we hold have been freely sent by our web sites users through forms, emails, faxes, or phone calls to request about b&b services.

The data are exclusively reserved for availability and booking requests and will not be yielded to third parties. At any time you can also request cancellation by contacting the b&b staff.
